What time is it? Stakes time!
A certain 1000-year-old musician/vampire is getting a spinoff series; and now it has a premiere date.
During the New York Comic-Con last weekend, Adventure Time fans were treated to a preview of the upcoming miniseries Stakes, which will air this November.
The miniseries will focus on none other than Marceline, a breakout Adventure Time character, and will explore her mysterious past, as well as reveal how she received her powers.
During Comic-Con, fans were shown the first two episodes of the series, and as well as the spooky introduction, which features Marceline singing the Adventure Time theme.
Will we learn more about the Mushroom War? Will Marceline and Princess Bubblegum’s relationship be explored more in-depth? Let’s hope so.
Stakes premieres November 14 on Cartoon Network.
