They don’t look too bad.
[dropcap size=small]T[/dropcap]he concept art for three of the Jaegars in the upcoming Pacific Rim: Uprising were recently released in the latest issue of License! Global! You can view the Jaegars below. (Important note: these are just the concept art for the Jaegars and are not the final versions. Changes and modifications will be made later in the production process.)
The Jaegars definitely have a newer feel to them. They look much more sleeker and more refined compared to the Jaegers from the first Pacific Rim. Again this is just the concept art and they will, hopefully, look more like the metal Jaegars from the first film and less like plastic action figures as they do in the concept art.
Pacific Rim: Uprising is currently scheduled to be released in theaters on February 23, 2018.
