Using only a toothpick, a magic 8 ball, and 2 rolls of duct tape MacGyver has created a movie.
[dropcap=small]L[/dropcap]ionsgate CEO Jon Feltheimer has announced that a MacGyver movie is in the making. This comes along with the TV series reboot being announced earlier. Lee David Zlotoff, the TV series creator, and Neal Moritz, the producer for the Fast and Furious franchise, are the producers for the movie.
James Wan, the director of Furious 7, is the executive producer of the TV show, which is planned for CBS. Wan has said that the series will be prequel for the original series. Wan was tied to a MacGyver movie in 2012 but he had to drop the project to focus on Furious 7.
There is no release date for MacGyver.
