The best tech companies brought their most advanced gaming PCs, here’s a rundown of what we saw.

[dropcap size=small]I[/dropcap]f you’re in the market for some new gaming hardware CES 2017 showed off what major tech gaming companies like Razer, MSI, and CyberPowerPC had to offer. Ranging everywhere from a gaming laptop that offers three screens to a gaming PC that was made just for virtual reality, this year’s CES 2017 will go down in history as one of the most impressive (and expensive).

First up on our list is Razer’s Project Valerie Laptop. Razer has always had a reputation of producing unique projects in time for CES and this year they didn’t disappoint. The gaming laptop is currently nothing more than a prototype which comes with three 17-inch 4k panels which extended outward with just the touch of a button. If you’re looking to carry around a 20-pound laptop that can give you the ultra-wide setup this laptop is for you.

The gaming laptop comes with a Kaby Lake i7 processor and a GTX 1080 GPU, but don’t get excited too soon. Razer has already claimed that if they release the laptop it won’t come out until 2018 and will more than likely have better components.

Looking for a gaming PC that is small in size but packs a pretty good punch? MSI’s Trident 3 fits these criteria while boasting an Intel Core i7 CPU, GTX 1060 GPU, and can fit up to 32GB of RAM. All of these components are packed into a tower that is slightly larger than an Xbox ONE. The tower was specifically built with VR in mind so all of its ports are located on the front for easy accessibility.

Another product of MSI made an appearance at this year’s CES but with a much different configuration and look to it. Dubbed the MSI Night Blade NI3, this PC was specifically made for virtual reality and comes with a Kaby Lake i7 CPU, GTX 1060 GPU, 6GB of GDDR5 memory, and nearly 32GB of DDR4 RAM. The Night Blade NI3 also comes with RGB lighting that can host up to 16.8 million colors. Isn’t that pretty?

MSI unveiled their GT83VR Titan SLI gaming laptop that doubles as a potential replacement for a PC. This massive gaming laptop rival’s Razer’s Project Valerie in size and comes with a GTX 1080 GPU and Kaby Lake i7 CPU. One of the laptop’s best features is a mechanical keyboard that is outfitted with RGB.

Dell unveiled their Inspiron 15 7000 and while the laptop isn’t as flashy as its rivals the gaming laptop is winning when it comes to cost. Starting out at $799 the gaming laptop boasts a Kaby Lake i5 CPU, a 1 terabyte hybrid drive and Nvidia’s impressive GTX 1050 GPU. Dell claims that the laptop can run at medium to high settings for most games at 1080p. If you’re looking to enhance the laptop with better components the laptop comes with a GTX 1050 Ti graphics card, and a 256 GB SSD all for $899.

CyberPowerPC unveiled a total of four different products at this year’s CES starting with their Pro Streamer HyperLiquid (try saying that five times fast). The gaming PC was built specifically for professional streamers and comes with two computers inside its Thermaltake tower. The Pro Streamer HyperLiquid comes with an ATX motherboard that is equipped with Intel’s 10-core 6950X Broadwell-E CPU (which costs $1,600 alone) and two GeForce GTX 1080 GPUs in SLI. The second computer which is mounted below the first comes with a Mini-ITX motherboard, a Kaby Lake i5 processor, and a dedicated capture card. The gaming PC that is dedicated for streamers also comes with two separate power supplies.

The second CyberPowerPC that was shown was the Syber XL. The Syber XL is unique due to the company creating its very own full-tower for the gaming PC. The case is pretty cool in that it allows you to invert the motherboard on either side panel. The Syber XL comes with Intel’s i7-7700K CPU, EVGA’s GTX 1080 GPU, Samsung’s 512GB 960 Pro SSD (hopefully this doesn’t explode like the Note 7), and 16 GB of ADATA RAM which clocks in at an impressive 30000MHz.

The third product from CyberPowerPC Luxe is an impressive gaming PC that is easy on the eyes and offers high-end components to match. The gaming PC comes with a Thermaltake Tower 900 case which includes tempered glass, and separate custom cooling loops for its GPU and CPU. The best part? The cooling liquids each are in different colors and the case comes with a wide variety of RGB lights.

CyberPowerPC’s Luxe sets itself apart from the rest due to the In Win D-Frame case. The case includes a design for open-air design and comes with impressive components like a Kaby Lake Intel Core i7-7700k CPU, two MSI GTX 1080 GPUs in SLI, a 512GB Samsung 960 Pro M.2 NVMe SSD, and 32 GB of Ram. The PC also comes with an entire custom water cooled setup that is lit up by multiple RGB components.

Aorus X7 DT gaming laptop packs a powerful punch with its Intel Core i7 Kaby Lake CPU, a GeForce GTX 1080 GPU, and a 4k 120 Hz G-Sync panel. The gaming laptop also comes with a keyboard that has individually backlit RGV keys.

Gigabyte’s Aero 14 gaming laptop is the thinnest gaming laptop at this year’s CES, measuring in at an astounding 0.78 inches. The Aero 14 isn’t fresh off the production line but Gigabyte put in the time to update the laptop with a GTX 1060 GPU, an Intel Core i7 Kaby Lake CPU, an M.2 SSD, and a 14-inch 1440p screen. The gaming laptop is also offered in either orange, lime green, or black.

Gigabyte’s most impressive hardware was the Brix UHD Mini PC. Measuring at an incredibly small size of 8.5 inches high, 4.5 inches wide, and 4.5 inches deep the compact PC is the smallest of them all at this year’s CES. Hosting a GTX 1060 GPU and an Intel Core i7 Kaby Lake CPU, what the PC lacks in size it makes up for in power and graphics.
