A legendary Pokémon has appeared!
[dropcap size=small]L[/dropcap]et it never be said that the folks at Pokémon don’t know how to celebrate a milestone anniversary. Since the 20th anniversary landmark was reached, Pokémon Company International and Nintendo have treated us to special 2DS’s, re-releases of old school Pokémon games Red, Blue, and Yellow, and a veritable tirade of brand new collectibles.
Continuing this trend, they have recently announced new promotional goodies for players who subscribe to the Pokémon Bank service (which is a paid subscription available to those who have Pokémon Omega Ruby, Alpha Sapphire, or X and Y).
The goodies players can get by accessing their Pokémon Bank, followed by using the Pokémon Link feature in-game, come in the shape of special exclusive versions of the three legendary Pokémon: Regirock, Registeel, and Regice. (All of which will be at level 50 right off the bat, and will possess unique hidden abilities).
The three Legendary Pokémon are up for grabs until 30th October this year.
It’s also worth mentioning that the Mystical Pokémon, Celebi, – who first appeared in Silver and Gold – is available for players to download online until the earlier time of 24th March. You can find out how to get your hands on this little green, psychic grass type Pokémon, here.
