Pokémon the Movie: I Choose You!, the 20th film in the franchise, is getting a theatrical release in the United States…for just a couple of days.

Fathom Events will distribute the film to theaters across the country on Sunday, November 5 through Monday, November 6. For screening and ticket information, stay tuned at the Fathom Events website.

Originally released in Japan this past July, Pokémon the Movie: I Choose You! is a very loose retelling of the first episode of the Pokémon anime, where Ash Ketchum meets Pikachu, they don’t get along, but then they eventually do, and Ash sees a then mysterious bird fly through the sky (later revealed to be Ho-Oh).

The movie is a very loose retelling of the series first episode because key characters from the original anime are excluded and replaced. Specifically, Brock and Misty are not featured in the film, and instead Ash meets a couple of trainers named Sorrel and Verity, who are partnered with a Piplup and Lucario.

Why the movie retcons these two new characters and introduces Sinnoh Pokémon is beyond us, but maybe a fresh take on Ash’s journey is what this series needs.

And this is the 20th movie? Good lord. Who else can remember when the first one came out?

Pokémon the Movie: I Choose You! (briefly) comes to theaters on November 5.
