I choose you, Nendoroid!

[dropcap size=small]I[/dropcap]n celebration of the 20th anniversary and re-release of Pokémon Red and Blue on the 3DS, Pokémon Japan recently unveiled a new Nendoroid set.

The set will include the Red Pokémon Trainer and his rival (who looks like Gary Oak’s doppelganger) from Red and Blue, along with little Mew.

Nendoroids have always been ridiculously adorable, and these are no exception:

The cute trio can be bought at Amazon Japan, or, if you’re lucky enough to have one, at your local Pokémon centre.

Who else wishes we had Pokémon centres too!? Oh, Japan. How we envy you.

We sincerely hope they make their way over to us too.

These lovable Nendoroid figures will be available in Japan from 9 July, 2016 at the retail price of 7,500 Yen (around $65 or £44).
