A lot of fans weren’t happy with Marvel’s decision to leave Thor out of Civil War, but last month, they explained his absence in a short documentary, and now everything’s OK again.
That is because the sketch (put together by Thor: Ragnarok director Taiki Waititi) sees the great Norse god settling down to life in Australia with roommate Darryl Jacobson.
Darryl keeps the house clean and teaches Thor how to write an email, and in return is named the first and only member of ‘Team Thor’. In fact, the pair get along so well that Waititi thinks we could see more of Darryl in the future.
‘I think you could see him again. There may be other little pieces of the thing that everyone saw that may just be a small part of a bigger thing.’
Whether it be as part of Team Thor, or as the cleaner of Avengers HQ (the man works a mean vacuum), Marvel certainly has big plans for Darryl Jacobson.
Thor: Ragnarok is set for release on October 27th, 2017.
