A new trailer for the upcoming game P.A.M.E.L.A. released showing the environment and some of the enemies that will be featured in the game.
[dropcap size=small]N[/dropcap]VYVE Studios has given the world another look into their upcoming sci-fi horror survival game, P.A.M.E.L.A.
The trailer is titled ‘Rebirth’ and features a portion of the beautifully creepy utopian environment, Eden, that the game takes place in. The trailer is narrated by an ominous sounding voice who appears to be a character who is trying to stop whatever sort of apocalypse the world is facing. The woman is seen talking to someone in a deep-sleep chamber and in the end wakes that person up. This person is assumed to be protagonist of the game, woken up to save the world. The trailer shows a lot of running with not too much fighting, but that could be somewhat expected out of a horror game. The game does seem to give you more ways to defend yourself asides from the traditional running and shoving, as seen below.
No, the creatures in the trailer are not zombies. According to the developers, the people seen in the trailer are affected by a progression bone affliction and therefore act erratically.
In a press release that came out with the trailer, NVYVE said that in Pamela you “uncover the tragic events that lead to the downfall of a civilization, and fight for your life as the broken citizens of Eden defend their home against your intrusion.”
The game looks beautiful and I am personally excited to see some more of it, hopefully in the near future. I mean really look at the lighting in the picture, that is some good lighting if I do say so myself.
