As if the wait for the show’s return wasn’t long enough already!
Since Season 2 of Young Justice ended in 2013, the series was cancelled. But many fans begged for the series to come back. Fans finally got their wish in 2016 when Season 3 was announced for Young Justice. Series producer Greg Weisman took to Twitter to announce when Young Justice will finally return:
“All I know for sure is fourth quarter 2018.”
The fourth quarter in a year starts in September, so we at least know when we can see when Season 3 of Young Justice could be released. Young Justice first aired in 2011 through 2013 on Cartoon Network and most thought if Young Justice returned, it would be back on Cartoon Network. But Warner Bros. Animation swooped in to take the third season of Young Justice. Teen Titans G0! is also owned by Warner Bros Animation and both shows will be available on Warner Bros. DC-themed streaming service.
